yea, your OWN home...my cousin let his brother move back into his house and cant get the nikka out
he be leaving his babymomma in the crib with his brother while he go to work, i told him not to do that but the nikka trust his brother...i told him her booty too phat for trust, somebody gone dig her out CUZZZINNN HAAALLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPP

I've never loss my huSTLer's
mentality.
I live off 25% of the dough coming in.
I pay Bills,Food,house hold bullshyt etc.
I own propertys so i put alot of dough
to the side for if a renter's water heater,
stove,fridge etc go out.
For the most part I stack dough
and live a life of leisure.

The hood in major cities is usually prime real estate. While you just maintaining, developers are scouting and surveying to see what is possible with that location.

Alot of the props go to my uncle.
at 19 i was neck deep in powder and was like.
(bout to rush a beamer,rolex and some jewlery.
My respect for him is Gawd Tier.
He forced me to get my first 3 peices
of property and walked me through

Debt is slavery. I bought my house i got sucked into CC debt for renovations, took me a long time to pay it down.
I saw on a podcast that Europeans typically have 10-15 year mortgages. This eternal debt thing in the US is intentional.
What are you hoping to see?
