alright not black but here's my opinion on it.
someone like fat joe grew up in the projects, he grew up saying the word, there's a difference between someone adding it later in life and someone who said it naturally from young age.
like him or not, but fat joe was a real street dude form the projects. telling him he can't say something is jsut something you can't do .
j-lo didn't have it too rich either, but she was more into dancig/acting from a YOUNG age, she's suppsoed to reperesent something else than joe is as a pop star, im not saying she had it easy because i don't know but they were bred for different things.
those are the basic 'rules' imo

I'm not sure how credible Wikipedia is on this issue, but it says French has some Somali ancestry on his mother's side. Somalian people are black.
I'm a darker skinned Egyptian and often get mistaken for an African American. I don't use the word regularly or anything, but I don't feel like I'm breaking some sort of rule when I say it.

Just because you're African doesn't mean you can relate to the struggle "nikka" implies nor does it give you instant access to pimp the struggle (saying the n-word) for profit. Which is exactly what French is doing. The irony of all this is that some Africans (the Caucasoid ones) are no different from your typical White slavemasters because they contributed to the suffering/hatred but will never feel the burden of it.

everyone who is native to the continent of africa is black. just like everyone native to continent of europe is white. berbers are a branch off of Eb1b. They have different skin color because of environment...the desert. thus having similar features as arabs....who also evolved in the desert.
