d rose was very fast still is but he's lost a step and Russy has lost half of a step...But honestly Wall will as well as age continues and other players come along...

but bear in mind there is speed with the Ball and Speed without the ball..
no one is faster than Wall with the ball.

I think Westbrook is the fastest player from end to end or from just a sudden burst to get into the lane that I have ever seen. And Rose before the injury was right there with him. Taking away nothing from Wall who is a blur with the ball but I remember they were talking about him being the most athletic point guard ever when he was drafted. But the year before they were saying almost the same about Rose and I never thought that Wall was faster or more athletic then him. And Russy at times makes great point guards look slow with how fast he is with the ball. Maybe Wall is faster but after watching Russy for years and Rose until 2012 I still go with them as the two fastest players ever. And that includes AI too.
