Wall is fast it may be some random dude like Dennis schorder or someone whose "Faster" but they don't play as fast as Wall does with the ball...

d rose was very fast still is but he's lost a step and Russy has lost half of a step...But honestly Wall will as well as age continues and other players come along...

but bear in mind there is speed with the Ball and Speed without the ball..
no one is faster than Wall with the ball.

I bet John Wall got a 3.2 40 yard dash

But Tony Parker, Leandro Barbosa and Monta Ellis are the fastest dudes I've seen with a ball in their hands. Devin Harris used to fly too

Kyrie is the quickest

His first step is impossible to stay in front of

No, he isn't. He's crafty, good at change of pace, and he throws a lot of subtle fakes that embarrass defenders but he isn't the quickest.

His first step is nowhere near Westbrook, Lawson, or even Rose now.

Westbrook has a first step that looks unreal in person. He's one of the few players that doesn't need a fake to just blow past you which is absolutely insane at the NBA level.

Westbrook has an average fist step.

But he has the greatest 4th step in NBA history. Its why he always has to create room to get to that 4th step. You'll see him back-up and go to the side of a defender. Sort of like using an imaginary pick.
