KOBE WAS DRAFTED AT 17 AND SPENT HIS FIRST FEW YEARS DEVELOPING LIKE HE WAS IN COLLEGE .. HOW WOULD IT BE FAIR TO COMPARE HIS CAREER STATS TO PLAYERS WHO WERE LOGGING IN HUGE MINUTES AS SOON AS THEY WERE DRAFTED?

:mindblown:
It didn't seem to stop you stans when Kobe's young starting age allowed him to reach some scoring milestones before other players.

7 finals appearance
Obviously he doing something right

What you doing?
Yeah it shows that his chucking was overrated because when games really mattered, it was a better winning formula to involve the superior front lines he typically had.

Even in the Kobe ball years, they got the 3-1 lead over the suns with Kobe going away from the Kobe ball he had played all year.

Kobe was on good teams most of his career. It is why he only average 25 ppl and only has 2 scoring titles. My averaged 37 precisely because his teams weren't good enough. Kobe is the most explosive scorer ever.
Breh, this literally makes NO sense. Jordan was on good teams (great teams, the BEST teams) while he was leading the league in scoring for years.

Crazy reading this thread and folks are trying to deny Kobe.

Numbers are there and facts are there too.

Klay easily takes 2nd place. 37 points in one quarter is no joke, neither is what he did vs OKC in game 6.

If he puts together monster scoring streaks though through weeks/months, then it's another story.

Greatest "on fire scorer" I have seen were
Vinnie Johnson
Andrew Toney
Down Town Freddie Brown
Kobe
Klay T
Eric Sleepy Floyd
Calvin Murphy

:dahell: minus swell throw Jackie Moon and Hot Sauce on that list. Also another underrated scorer was Trillbert Arenas... that dude used to go apeshyt sometimes during his run.
