Anyone who has actually listened to the song knows KRS wasn't saying chicks are ready to fck at 13, he was exposing it as something that happens, girls get dressed up, pretend they're older and look older than they are because of make up and body image. In the song he's talking about hear chicks that go looking for older guys and the older guys that floss and flash out just to et the attention of chicks and sometimes they don't know the girl is underage. Sometimes they do and they don't care. Have you never known of a 20 something man going out with or fukking a 15 year old? Happens all the time
