In terms of being elite - yes. That's not saying he wasn't a good PG in the past.

I think his 2013-2014 season after Gay got traded he was a monster. I actually thought he got jerked out of an All Star appearance (only derozan was selected)
He was 17, 7 and 4 38% from 3.....118 ORTG, 106 DTG, 5.8 BPM, 5.7 VORP, .567 TS, 20.1 PER
That's really not too far off from this year. He just took less shots. He's definitely stepped it up to a different level but I don't see him being that far off.
For me personally, although I followed him just being from Philly and seeing him playing in high school/watching him at Nova.....that was the season that made me a fan.
Yeah you definitely one of the more knowledgeable dudes when it comes to his game. Can't argue with that.
