A 1996 law says you're lying lol. Now undocumented people can get stabilized under EMTALA but that only meets the legal requirement of being stable.

As someone who lives in Queens and is a second generation US citizen, and is always around immigrants from different continents, you are 100% correct. The only way that you'd be able to get similar benefits is if you were on welfare.

The guy that you are going back and forth with says that they get provided these services until they are "legally stable", but in the same way that someone on welfare doesn't want to earn too much in fear that their benefits will be taken away, it doesn't benefit some immigrants to become "legally stable".

Again based in actual laws the $121m is most likely direct healthcare for US citizen children and indirect care for undocumented mothers. Current laws don't match your perspective.
