:mjpls:WHAT ABOUT A FULL STRENGTH BLAZERS TEAM ON THE ROAD IN PORTLAND?
nikkaS ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT BUT HE LEADS THE TEAM IN REBOUNDS PTS AST ETC....
IF THAT nikka WASNT ON THE TEAM BOSH WOULD AVERAGE 20 & 10 EASILY.

THEY LET BRON GET HIS NUMBERS WHILE TAKING A BACKSEAT.

nikkaS FORGET BOSH PUT UP 24 & 11 BEFORE JOINING MIA.

HEAT/HORNETS SERIES

CARON 15, 9 & 2

ODOM 16, 8 & 4

WADE 15, 6 & 4

JONES 15, 4 & 2

GRANT 8, 9 & 1
ONLY IN THE WORLD OF TRUE STANISM DOES THIS EQUATES TO WADE CARRYING A BUM TEAM INTO THE 2ND ROUND OF THE PLAYOFFS.

FACE IT...YA BOY NEVER CARRIED A BUM TEAM PAST THE 1ST ROUND OF THE PLAYOFFS.
HE DIDNT DO shyt WITH HIS PRIME BEFORE BRON GOT THERE,
BUT MISS THE PLAYOFFS & GET BOUNCED IN THE 1ST ROUND.

KOBE COULDNT GET OUT THE 1ST ROUND WITH A BUM TEAM EITHER,
SO DONT FEEL TOO BAD.

Breh it aint all about the boxscore. I'm telling you them cats couldnt win shyt when Wade was out that year. Eddie Jones had some good moments but limped through most of the year. Our only consistent player was Wade and without him all them cat did was take bad shot after bad shot. THe only one that would ball out every game was Odom

Miami without Lebron would still win 55 games and make the ECF finals, granted wade played 85% of the games. they still have the best talent in the east bar none when healthy. They would have to play more conventional lineups

Birdman/Oden
Bosh/Haslem
Battier/Jones/Lewis
Wade/Allen
Chalmers/Cole

still a very good team

Lebron is the kind of player that can turn any team into a playoff caliber team and turn any decent team into a conference finals team at the least.

Miami is a fairly flawed team that gets by on the fact that they have Lebron who is great in every aspect to feel the holes that are needed depending on the lineup.

Saying they let Bron get his numbers while they take a backseat is stupid. They let Bron get his numbers because he's the most versatile and best offensive option on the team. As good as Bosh is, Lebron will always be the safer bet.

Lebron turns a good but flawed Miami team into championship favorites. That's true impact.
With lebron this team is second best in the east

Without lebron this team is second best in the east

Yesterday, the ease at which Miami dispatched the Bulls despite their lockdown defense was kind of surprising. Lebron was out . Lebron is great. But is he an MVP? I can think of many more teams where if they lose their star player they literally would be the Bucks. That's not the case with the Heat though.

Does Lebron use the heat to mask all his flaws?

And none of those teams are gonna sniff a championship even with their star player. The Heat are a championship team. Championship teams are gonna be better off without their best player than lesser teams are. The Bulls were without their star player too BTW and they aren't looking like the Bucks. As a matter of fact they managed a 5 seed and won a playoff series with their best player in a suit last year. Guess we need to go back and take that MVP from Rose right?

What flaws are they masking exactly? If anything it seems like his flaws have been amplified since he came to the Heat (when shyt goes south that is).

Prime Kobe would've gotten out of the East first round though.

There are no teams, other than the Bucks, who could lose their star player and literally be the Bucks.

Dog, this topic has been a coli/sohh staple ever since he joined the Heat. We get it, he is on a good team. But that nikka is still fukking monstrous breh. Best player in our generation. My Bulls are a run-down, exhausted team. They got us in every position except for Joakim. We are a terrible example.
