Bron really got that power! This whole season he gave no fukks because he happy to be back in control. Taking weeks off, sitting front row at msg watching melo( looking back the nikka was scouting JR and Shump :russ:) coaching and even got the media controlled on how they cover him. He wins the ship he a god and if he goes down drilling kobe style he will be labeled the warrior fighting to the last minute.

Average NBA salary in 97-98 was 2.16M, Jordan made $33.14M

if you're gonna adjust for inflation.. Jordan made the equivalent of $49M in todays money

Also, Jordan made nearly 15 times as much as the average player.....in todays NBA that'd be the equivalent of a player making $67M

How much organizational pull can a player have to have attained a salary that still hasn't been equaled in nearly 20 years?

That's the CBA dude. MJ wouldn't make 33 in today's NBA and LeBron has already made more money than MJ made as a player.

have the highest single season salary EVER in the NBA..... and it only be because of the CBA..... ignoring the fact that Kobe also had a 30M salary.

But Jordan couldn't possibly make 3 Million more than Kobe in Todays NBA :rudy:

:heh:

have the highest single season salary EVER in the NBA and then have it downplayed cause of collective bargaining :heh:
You do understand how collective bargaining works right? You do understand that under the current CBA no one could make 30 million a season right?
