Is Los Angeles overrated ?

I was just out there and Bay Area >>>>>> LA by MILES. LA was so wack compared to San Francisco/Oakland.

Also, Cali seems like its nothing but Asians. Everywhere I went

I've seen some apartments for 800 in L.A. are those the gang areas? If not I may check them out. I put in the ones for $700 - $900. I'm shocked that rent in L.A. is cheaper than Seattle. Well I'm still in the stage of decinding between the two.

All you have to do is check the area out during the day then go back at night. Sometimes a neighborhood can change when the sun goes down. But there's alot of pockets where the rents are cheaper in the LA metro area. Not all of them are gang areas. And even in "gang areas" sometimes its just one house or apartment that's a problem on a block but the rest of the street is nothing hard working good blue collar residents. So I would suggest definitely checking it out

I hadn't been up there in a couple of years. I got family and friends up there. I grew up in Fresno. I used to go to the bay area and LA all the time back in the day. Its changed alot

I'm in LA and this is bullshyt. Yes you have the wealthy and the things that encompass their lives- LA is glossy and rich but on the flip side its also poor and blue collar as fukk. You just have to get in where you fit in. If you wanna be the jet setter then have dough and get in that crowd/world. If you're blue collar with a nine to five you can still eat too.. we got that world out here too. Once you're out of the Hollywood/Beverly Hills/West Side/Beach City Areas LA is blue collar to the core. The 1% of people holding all the dough applies to be cities as well.

fam, im gonna be in LA for the first time (Downtown on 1st St) during NBA All-Star week. Can you put me on some of those blue collar things to do and where I can mack on some females? Im hype of lost at the same time. For the last 3 days of my trip I'll have a native with me, but not for the 1st two days
