Honestly, right now, YES.
Mettenberger is replacable as a starter, but he isnt a trash QB. Mariota needs a year AT LEAST to get that Oregon stink out of his system, unless they tailor the offence to that, which I highly doubt.

Mettenberger is a classic pocket passer who has some toughness and is brash. I like him and I thought he was a steal as a 5th rounder comin off that ACL.
