Yeah. There is a black Boston accent, or was one once upon a time. I know I would hear it back in the 80s/90s. It's similar to the overall old head east coast accent, but with pahk and cahh mixed in. I think regional accents are going to be a thing of the past soon.
I don't know what happened to me, but now I pronounce it Medfahd and Summahville

Boston is a lot more diverse than I thought it'd be tbh. They got a ton of hatians and Dominicans and other carribean peoples in the city.

Massachusetts is held in high regard by CaCs, so in that sense maybe. But you’ll also have accept that California is pretty high on that list
What about Utah? Wasn't that a state specifically created for whites?

some black people up here definitely do, but they’re usually found in roxbury/dorchester/mattapan. black people scattered throughout the rest of massachusetts rarely have that accent.

Most black bostonians sound like black NYers to me
But some of the older black people do have that typical Boston accent though.
But per the thread, you gotta head out to the interior west/ midwest to find some next level supreme cacc-ery.
Them the type of places where if you black they look at you like some kind of organism.
