i actually forgot about rocky, no diss to him. seems like his last album was forever ago and i never really gave those asap compilations a chance.
but meek def went out on a high note w/ dc4 then wins n losses. still listen to them both. and there will be even more excitement when he gets out. so yea, he's a top contender.
