Big time programs of the BCS era: Bama, OSU, Oklahoma, Oregon, Michigan, Florida, Auburn, USC, Texas, LSU. FSU was the king early in the BCS, then at the very end.

Maybe I forgot 1 or 2, but that's pretty much it. UCLA is not in the discussion.

I'd add Notre Dame and Miami even though they were down for a while.
