Cut out olive oil and banana

That's like potentially 200 calories right there.
The spinach and kale you use supply you with potassium, and Oats give you melatonin, thus making the banana useless. And you can get healthy fats from other sources than olive oil.

Lastly, make sure the chicken you're eating are chicken breasts.
