Is Omega-3 supplement best for Post Workout Recovery?

Every time I try to go to the gym, the post workout soreness is keeping me away from consistently going to the gym.

what are some tips in reducing the soreness and speeding the recovery process?

I see the title is changed. As @pickles said, Magnesium (or even ZMA) >>> fish oil for recovery. :hubie:
