Is Perry Jones the most disappointing prospect in the last 10 years?

Of the guys coming out of Dallas recently in that same mold(Myles Turner, Chris Bosh, Lamarcus Aldridge) he easily had the most athletic ability, but I would have ranked him last in pretty much any basketball or attitude/competitiveness category. Big athlete without the attitude to make that successful.

I'm blaming Scott drew, such an terrible college coach. Have all his big men wanting to be 2 guards :scust:. From what I understand he just didn't have the work ethnic to become great, doesn't have a good motor. He'd constantly have games where he were 0-0-0 in like 20 minutes :dead:

he was the 28th pick for a reason. you can't be the most disappointing prospect if you were drafted that low.

I was really hoping Royce White was gonna turn into a good NBA player. He seemed to have an entertaining playing style.

Now he's nowhere to be seen. (although it seems to be mainly because of off the court issues)... but still

He's still young, he just needs to accept that he's gotta grind in the D-League in order to come back. He's got a lot of skills NBA teams covet.

Anthony Randolph is a similar player who might be able to make it back soon, he's played incredibly well in Europe for the last two years:

Anthony Randolph is actually a solid player and way better than Jones imo

I blame scott brooks

quincy miller tho:francis:

Quincy Miller seems to have revived his career as a small ball 4 in Europe. It's the right move for him, he's way too slow to defend most 3s.

fukk perry jones and every player with that shyt attitude

so many people have to work the jobs they HATE, meanwhile this fool is naturally gifted and he doesnt even have a tim thomas work ethic to stay in the league.

especially with salary cap rising and all these ballers eating good this fool does not even have a drive for that money???

We always give players a second chance, I thought maybe okc being a stacked team was a reason he couldn't play much, lamb in charlotte is doing pretty fine. Meanwhile this fool went to boston where his competition was a t-rex arms no defensive ass skinny cac and a fat overweight sully. He got cut right after a fukking preseason :dead: he ain't about that life
