Is Pharrell ' In My Mind' considered a classic album ?

One of my favorite albums of all time but it's an album that I don't really see mentioned in people's top lists. Just wanted to get an idea on the majority thoughts on this album.

It has some great records but even Pharrell don’t and won’t consider it a classic album. I’m a Pharrell/Neptunes/NERD STAN!

thought it was underwhelming when i bought it. but picked it up again years later and bumped it heavy. his singing is not great. his rapping is just ok. but i like it. maybe its nostalgia.
i wouldnt call it classic or even one of the best albums to come out that year.
