Armstrong was an complete a$$hole to his fellow competitors, media and drug testers. Phelps has better PR image and Olympics is a MAJOR PR stint for the world powers. They will overlook his positive tests as long as he plays ball.

That seems like some folklore stuff from his peoples, cause he and Dwayne Wade are the same height, but Wade's wingspan is 4" bigger.

There are plenty of dudes in the NBA with longer limbs than him that are all around the same height.
