If I had to open a track with a posse cut I wouldn't start with Jay even though he will probably end up with the most quotables. He rarely catches you from jump. He is a thinkers Rapper too so it settles taking to account his voice is cool to us but to the uninitiated he will sound like he was not a true spitter something fragile. I like that I can go back and find gems in Jays bars he is reflective not instant like Pac and P and them to me.
