I mean….okay?!?? At the end of the say it’s just nggas shooting the shyt

Also I HATE the term “bad takes”. Wtf does that even mean. It implies there’s a universally accepted/expected opinion and you must stick to that

And sidenote, Miko? Miko Grimes? Famous for being a crazy wife? Idgaf that she played international woman’s ball I don’t wanna hear her talk either :heh:

is that you Rashad? :patrice: why are you not even arguing the actual points I made vs arguing the particulars of who is in the room. Miko being there or not doesn't change anything any of the particulars of what he was saying. She just happened to call him out on it cause he was wrong. Ok maybe she has no say in the matter.. how about Gilbert Arenas now entering into the debate with Rashad? can we agree that he knows what he's talking about?

do you believe the leader can be someone other than the best player? Yes or No?

Its a bad take when your opinion on something is wrong. For instance my opinion on what rashad was saying and this whole thing might be a bad take. I'd accept it if i'm wrong and not argue for the sake of arguing like Dude did.

It wasn't even a big deal to just acknowledge but it was :snoop: for a good minute listening to this guy clearly be mentally slow but argue that he knows better because he's an nba player. When actual NBA players challenge him on the fact he just gets confused.

The wording of this thread was wrong. I accept it probably was, On my mind was his bad takes and concurrently trying to figure out from coli members why this dude flamed out so quickly.

But if you watch the show and see him argue for the sake of arguing over and over and over in different topics, and seeing the looks on other peoples faces it makes you go :patrice:

in your opinion, why did he not get another contract from all 30 nba teams?

How did Felton and Marvin Williams two 10+ year pros flame out :heh:

Williams being a #2 pick means he was supposed to be better than a role player, with zero all star appearances.

He didn’t flame out, more just didn’t live up to his draft pick. He played 15 seasons, so def had a solid career

Total headcase. Has burned every bridge he ever crossed. Wrote that bizarre poem about KG feeding him food from his mouth. Starred in a low budget film as a bisexual who ran a shoplifting crew. He'll eventually fukk this podcast thing up too. It's inevitable.

wait what? :russ:

As far as the podcast thing i can see the look on Gil and Josiahs face of here we go again, I can't believe he doesnt see he's not making sense. And Miko petty, she won't back down

when they were asking each other whos the nba player you'd box, before he said Steven jackson, they were joking Miko Grimes.. She said oh maybe you mean Brent Grimes and my money on Brent :youngsabo:

He came to me with open arms, like a hawk embracing his young,
and he fed me food out his mouth but I was starving for knowledge.
the type of knowledge that cant be fed by hand or voice, but by heart.
so when he spoke he touched my soul, and my soul would smack me if I didnt listen the words he spoke werent for the ears to hear.
because his words were real, its hard to hear the truth when lies are so loud.
I put my earphones on so I can hear nothing and see everything.
lies could never steal my attention when hehespoke.
The eyes never lie. and when he spoke he wore no glasses.
he wanted me to see the truth, which was? that everyone wears glasses to protect lies, truth? glasses? lies?
sounds like earth, sounds like humans, sounds like America.
but if thats so where is he from? not from here, he has no glasses!
there was an aura, a light, a truth, about him.
special? never. different? maybe. human? impossible. so I asked him one question to expect one answer.
when you walk and talk and teach how come everyone can stare at your light, your aura, your truth?
because we are the same.

“He just arguing for the sake of arguing” My man do you know what a podcast is?!? :heh:

Also ‘lmao @ ‘your opinion is wrong’

And I’m not answering your questions bc that’s the point of a bloody podcast. It doesn’t matter who’s ‘right’, to quote Joe budden ‘it’s a dialogue’

I don’t care what their take is, it’s art not science. And your level play is not a direct correlation to quality of “take”. Ie Gilbert arenas who is a consensus perfect person for a podcast, said Isiah Thomas is overrated. Julius Irving dropped his top 10 and had Karl Malone and Jerry west iver bron, Kobe, etc.

You soundin like them JJ Reddikk fans, them casuals that expect to learn basketball thru podcasts :childplease::mjpls:

According to him, he was blackballed from the NBA and he's the only draftee not to shake the commissioner's hand on draft day.
Lol at looking for a job and when they wanna shake hands on you’re like fukk outta here.

“Blackballed”, it’s a fukking job. Being able to play basketball is not the only thing you need to be able to do, just like cooking a good meal isn’t the only thing a chef needs. Dude was still there for 5 years and reduced 2 teams, had nothing at all to do with his draft or rookie year
