Granger, Gerald Green, Nate Rob, David Lee, Jared Jack, Julius Hodge all went after McCants and had better careers than him.. Even Luther Head has a better career

Arenas (unpredictable), Jennings (laid back/buzzed), and the light skin breh (self-deprecating) all have charisma and compatibility in their roles... not sure Mccants is the right fit tho. Maybe they tryna emulate TNT's Shaq vs Barkley dynamic but Mccants and the brehette getting into screaming matches with each other or with Gilbert gets old (and tiresome) fast. For me at least.
Tbh someone a bit more mature as the 4th guy would bring better balance and quality. Maybe not Kenyon Martin specifically but he's an example where, of the handful of eps i've watched of this, the ones with him as the 4th guy everything seemed a bit more focused and mature.

Im willing to go out on a limb and say rashad McCants THOUGHT he was the leader of his teams prior to the nba cause he was the bedt player, but in reality he wasn't the leader.
