How can her lower legs be so out of proportion with her thighs and shyt?

Some people have calf & forearm genetics that unless they figure out the right movement to activate growth, they just won't grow at all, no matter how strong they get, no matter how much they work them.
I have insanely stong legs and my thighs get huge when I work out, but nothing in the weight room can grow my calves. One day about 3 years ago I just started to run the stairs for cardio, and I noticed the more I kept an athletic/squat position while going up the stairs, the more I'd feel this deep burn in my calves. What I didn't know at the time was that I finally found the motion that activated growth in my calves

. And while I don't have the genetics to have the calves of an Asian (Asians tend to have naturally big lower legs), it feels good to no longer look like Darren McFadden below the knee
As for Ms. Olympia in the OP, I'm filling that gap HARD... Like a middle linebacker who just read the guard's down block and sees the action coming his way. Ol' big, brolic ass self
