So if you walking and a breh is on the sidewalk and spit on the sidewalk before you pass by is this a sign of disrespect to you?

This has happened occassionally and I see it as a passive aggressive way to show disrespect.

Or when a man is constantly in your presence and spitting on the ground..not near you but in your vicinity.

Maybe I'm overthinking but I see that shyt as disrespectful...I'm asking because zi almost got into a fight because of this shyt. Today..
