Classic. So much Rocafella Prime production. The group shows you what ppl saw and see in Philly MC's.

It's crazy that they didn't really know each other before the roc. No weak links--even Oskino's and Spark's solo tracks are status.

And of course...It's On .

I had to buy it a couple of weeks ago IT'S NOT ON ANY OF STREAMING SITES PROLLY BECAUSE OF ALL THOSE SAMPLES before it got stuck in my car CD player that hasn't been used in like a year.

This was really SP and Roc best time, right off The Reason, and Free's album, Beanie was murdering every verse in a syrup and pill induced frenzy, in the lead up to his June 2003 arrest for attempted murder. This was when I was desperate for a new Sigel project, and this was really the summer his career was forever derailed.

Oschino and Sparks were hungry and raw, the Roc sound was pretty much perfected.

When I'm having those kinds of days I always throw this on.

O was spitting gospel on this traaack. His whole verse is quotable.

I haven’t heard it in years but it was fuego i liked it more than the first album. Alotta classics songs from that vol.2. They were spitting crazy even sparks who i didn’t like much from jump.

Nah. But it's still a dope album, up there with Diplomatic Immunity Vol 1 in terms of great group efforts. Sparks was underrated. Always felt Jay should have pushed him more.

That summer 2003, this whole album, was such a special time, very much a coming of age summer, I have such memories and stories of those months, listening to this in my cd player, trying to re, counting hundreds, when I was trying to cash out my first 28. Lot of late nights and hazy, blunt to the head mornings. My boy died the next January, and that summer was like our last times together.

This album was really good. I don't know if I'll say classic but it was dope. Freeway ice city group album in 04 was really dope too. Really liked the production this album too. Around that era all the group made good projects and side work.
