Is Stillmatic a classic ?

It IS better than illmatic. Yes it's a classc. It has a couple of questionable songs toward the end. But the highs on the album or so high,it doesnt stop it from being a classic. The stillmatic intro,rewind, 2nd childhood,ether,destroy and rebuild,rule,one mic,you're da man,got yourself, etc etc

I wouldn't say it's better than Illmatic. Stillmatic is classic but the only Nas album I would put at Illmatic level is It Was Written.

nah "illmatic" really didn't move me like that the 1st time heard though admittedly it was a quick scan through..after listening to the whole album again to see if i'm missing anything similar to "stillmatic" the album was solid but no classic imo
