it was always a nightmare.
I dunno. While quite a few folks are hording properties, I guarantee you somebody is moving into these 1400 studio(s). So somebody out here is doing wellThey're trying to take away social security. Pension funds getting snatched up. Wages are flat and home prices are soaring. This shyt getting wild brehs
Been there done that
That’s why i said it we used to chop it up about itThe American dream is a dream because you have to fall asleep to believe in itThe American dream has been a lie for your entire life OP. Besides that dream was never for black people to be successful

Why don’t y’all just move to another country?

Care to elaborate? No, as long as you go into the Air Force the dream is alive

Let’s not act like these same “cac” jobs you are talking about didn’t hold down the black family for decades. Manufacturing, trades, government jobs were the backbones for black families back in the dayFor many mainstream true middle America CACs, it’s finally “over” because true industries (steel, manufacturing) are gone and ain’t coming back
Not necessarily. You just may have to move further away to get the home you’re comfortable with. Most people, for social reasons, have an issue moving too far away from their friends and family, which I understand. However, if you want to give yourself a better chance of being able to get out the rat race, you might want to consider a move. An hour or even 2 or 3 hours away from everyone isn’t really all that bad.If the American Dream is home ownership and you don't own one already then yes
