You can tell with many of Eminem's singles rollouts. All Interscope artists are expected to establish a line of singles that can be followed up upon
Not as egregious as OP's example, but the production is cut/paste between these two tracks.
he didnt quit rap..he was blackballed...by the label..once he hit they ass with a audit...Turn it up reached into the low 40s on the Billboard hot 100 so I would say he doesn't really count as a 1 hit wonder. The fact that he basically quit rap to become a venture capitalist doesn't give him that much runway on having hits though.

Hi My Name Is > Real Slim Shady > Without Me > Just Lose It > We Made You> Bezerk >
The Rihanna songs crossing over into “I Need A Doctor”
When he begged and pleaded, threw a tantrum and gave them silent treatment (I presume) they let him take a break from this format but Jimmy was like fine Em but you’re gonna have to give me a follow up to “Lose Yourself” so then you got “Not Afraid” on that album. What was that Recovery, where he apologized for the previous album that, aside from the voices, was better than the (then) new album
Temptations > How Do U Want It > Toss It Up
Magic Stick > Candy Shop > Amusement Park
Was never able to redo In Da Club, high bar to achieve again but he tried. Songs like “Get Up” were attempts at recapturing that success
There was a Maino song that was pretty close to Live Your Life
They aren’t mutually exclusive. I listened to the mixtape messiah tapes and remember the Dyke Jones skits almost word for word. But that doesn’t change the fact that he’s known by the general public for one huge song that ended up being covered by Weird AlWhoa Chamillionaire is not a one hit wonder. He's a legend in Texas.
