Most frustrating thing is really is that they can't intelligently defend their opinions. They rarely even make a valid attempt.

People having different opinions is fine. Even preferable, this is a discussion board after all not a circlejerk board. I personally like to go back in forth with people who argue in good faith. It's like mental sparring to me.

But what's the point of having all these radical opinions if you aren't even gonna try to defend them?

Like a more liberal or progressive or even neutral minded poster will usually defend their points by pulling up articles and studies or other recipes. Make multiple paragraph posts spelling out their thought process....

But more conservative minded posters just make low effort posts and comments. Like @number21 and @TRY GOD on the 1st page.

And they usually abandon threads when they get pressed smh. Pathetic.
