the problem is there's no way to screen out all the people that you wouldn't be interested in.
you will encounter people that are beneath you on the society totem pole and they will try to latch on to you. they will do everything they can to hide their flaws and problems and get you emotionally invested enough that you don't bail on them when you find out that they still live with their mother, or don't have a car, or lack a job, or have 4 kids.

Thats where dating comes in..Unfortunately, no one is walking around with their pros and cons on a tshirt..you have to take that chance in order to find someone compatible..Some of the things you listed that you are looking for in a mate cant be hidden and should be discussed during the beginning stages of getting to know someone. So it shouldnt be too hard to not get invested...

Just dont lump every single woman into this category that all our looks have faded, we have multiple kids and baby daddies, and std's. You wouldnt want anyone to think that about you just because you're single.
