Bmore and it's metro is a hack financially if you don't want DMV prices but the exact same homes.
They are not same, however, they’re comparable and is a bang for your buck. The problem is the entire city of Baltimore is a ghetto. I stayed across the street from ballpark and walking distance from the harbor and it was still sketchy.

Gotta move to the county. The burbs of Bmore are actually nice.

Thats false. There large areas of the city that are completely safe.

You are right that Baltimore and DMV housing stock is very different.

I don’t equate ghetto with unsafe. I never felt unsafe but one must watch their surroundings.

When I say ghetto I mean, it is old, dirty, dilapidated buildings all over, and homeless druggies scattered in its “good” parts.

If you're seeing homeless druggies, then you may not have been in the "good" parts. Baltimore doesn't have a huge homeless population. I see far more homeless here in Charlotte than I did in Baltimore.

I wouldnt call it good part on the corner of West Lombard Street and south Howard.

You and I will respectfully disagree on the homeless issue. I know what I saw and witnessed. My last point is there isnt a true true upscale area for such a major city. :yeshrug:

In hindsight, Baltimore is a down to earth place but it is a ghetto. Baltimore literally looks like Gotham at night.

The cons of DC outweigh the positives like dating. It’s expensive, crime ridden, people are rude (even more so than NYC), fatherless kids running around shooting and robbing folks, it’s very hard to get a job here unless your part of the government.

I can’t wait to move from here.
The cons out weighing the pros?? You can't get a job?? Fatherless kids run wild everywhere. Those goofy nikkaz know who to play with and who not to play with.

All those newer homes and townhomes are the exact same. Especially out in the county. If you do a comparison on Zillow you'll see it's the exact same shyt. DCs downtown area is just more different because it's the nations capital.

I lived here for a minute nothing about this city scares me. Even in real hood areas you got blocks that well kept up by everyone who lives there. If you can't drive through the alley because it's all types of miscellaneous shyt back there, you shouldn't be in that neighborhood. Only annoying thing about the city is all the damn junkies begging on every corner and in front of every store. Crime has took a serious nosedive compared to late 2010s. The odds of you being randomly killed are extremely slim.

Baltimore has an upscale area in the North Central part of the city. It’s an "old money" city unlike a lot of major cities. The millionaire and Billionaires live in the suburbs. Particularly in Reisterstown & Hunt Valley. The million dollar houses that you seek are in Fed Hill, Mt Vernon etc. They're inconspicuous.

Im not going to argue against you. I am just going off of my limited experience in B-more. It’s a shame they closed the Cheesecake Factory off Pratt Street.

There are some really good girls deep in the DMV outside of DC,

Waldorf, Leesburg, Herndon, Stafford, Fredricksburg, Manassas, Woodbridge, Culpepper, Germantown, Columbia

These don't usually party or even go to the city. They have decent jobs and are down to earth. Buncha lame dudes out there too.

Thank me later. I've still eating off them

I hate to be THAT guy, but Columbia isnt part of the DMV. Columbia is in the Baltimore Area.
