you know what cured my depression and anxiety? a high dose magic mushroom trip. completely changed my life and set me on the path to be enlightened. also buddhism is the truth. learning to be compassionate towards EVERYBODY makes me feel like im on ectsasy 24/7. its like 2 completely different people from before my mushroom trip. I really was a terrible person for the past 3 years. The mushroom doesnt do all the work. but it gives you the tools and sets you on the right path.
dont rely on your external experiences to determine your happiness. it comes from within.
Entheogens can definitely break down those neurological walls that society and conditioning build for us. Not a cure-all but in my experience you can't "shrink" or contract the mind once you expand it. Habits, associations, self images all of a sudden need refining/redefining. From every mental ailment from racism to alcoholism, the creation of new neurological pathways is the key.
And I agree, which ever path he takes the homie
@*L*E*G*A*C*Y* needs to go within. Depression has a beautiful purpose and function that people miss because they are so hell bent avoiding their feelings that the natural process of
COMPRESSION turns into feeling held down, instead of
being held together, which is what
healing is. You aren't anti-social for this, you don't need a distraction from this. Everything else is the distraction when you are being prompted to let go of something that you no longer require.
It's why the drive and a smoke (breath....understand that you are as addicted to and in need of the deep, conscious inhalation as you are the nicotine) away from "stupid"
family is the escape of choice. Just make sure you do the internal work while you're away or else those problems will be waiting for you when you get back.
