He probably only had 5-10 real apps in that binder, knowing you weren't going to check them all.

And after you gave him the $100 he said, "got that sucka again :lolbron:"

I wasn’t around in 2008. But this is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Hell I used to get 3-4 recruiters calling me every week.

That’s stopped.

I reached out to a recruiter and she told me she lost her job in December and she white.
:mjlit: this yo moment to eat big dog. EAT NIKKA EAT :damn:

If you don’t have a degree, you better learn a trade, earn certs or get a cdl

I don’t understand adults bouncing around from entry level job to entry level job, making barely 30k a year after taxes. That sounds depressing af knowing that you’re easily replaceable and have to rely on pure luck to just get an interview.

I really never worked in my field and i have a business administration degree in Human Resources… that was like 20 years ago

When i got out of college I didn’t have the minimum 5 years experience and I constantly put in applications and ended up working at long beach docks as a longshoreman for years…

Hell of a pay but the hours took a toll and I switched over to claims adjuster

It could be

Know a few people who put in about 10 applications and no calls..

A lot of companies are either looking at applications and assuming u are over qualified, your qualifications don’t match theirs and they not willing to train or the biggest issue paying u what u worth when they want to underpay

I been ghosted by 3 employers this year. :francis:
