My thing is many posters are calling for consise to be demoted and you even have quality posters boycotting TLR until he is but that is falling on def ears? @cook @Brooklynzson can you explain why this is? I think people are blaming him for things that aren't his fault. Some people are upset with the new race track and blame him for it even though it was a group decision by the staff. Ultimately we all need to do a better job because clearly there are some concerns and that starts with me. I haven't been around so I deserve more blame than him. He does a lot of good things that you guys don't see because you see a moved thread that you don't agree with and make your conclusions from that and not his entire body of work.

The problem occurred when you picked friends as mods. It is usually the persons on site reputation. You chose someone who is not liked by anyone to be a mod, who isn't a good poster, doesn't contribute anything to the board.

What was the motivation of this? I don't get it. I must emphasis it's nothing to do with the new rules, he is awful.

You guys need to start doing what other boards do and chose appropriate mods. Not just your friends.

What's with the conspiracy shyt about making this site safe for white people? I look at the front page every morning and there's race threads that say the most inflammatory stupid bigoted shyt possible, image ruining shyt but they're trying to make it safe? The Locker Room has been improving since the full implementation of The Race Track and the Race Track threads still do numbers plus when the discussions were in the Locker Room trolling was much more prevalent and if they were making this safe for white people then why weren't there vocal groups of people in the locker room boycotting them? Plus there's other boards for them to use as well.

If you're want to create at "intelligent" space for race related discussion, don't call it the Race Track. Create an actual space for high level race related discussions and name it something different. Don't lump troll threads and legit threads in the same place. I mean come on. The current system is messy and it's sloppy and it's disgusting. And it's the equivalent of pissing on someone's leg and saying it's raining.
