Natures path has a lot of high protein cereals
Cool, not sure if you’re open to baking but there are a lot of good, healthy muffin recipes using all bran - lots of fiber. add some nuts for good fat and you’re good. you can also add protein powder to the muffin, crumble the muffin on top of some yogurt or have an egg with it for more protein.my fault, I don’t know what optimizing means.
I hate the texture of oatmeal but eat it for the high fiber, gives me energy & makes me feel full.
