Your situation is different living around colleges but still, lots of fat women. I will say this though, these southern country chick will treat you very well and are loyal and not materialistic.

Birmingham is a larger city and more black than the one I currently live in. Alabama is a place you'll be ok if you're black. Especially if you stay in and around the 4 major cities in the state. The black women I run into on the daily are in shape for the most part, especially the ones my age(30s) and younger. Just stay away from the ratchets.

Born and raised in meridian,ms....home of Big K.R.I.T. and yeah it's boring as fukk brehs not gonna even hold you. I'm definitely looking to move soon to greener pastures.

They also just voted to keep the state flag in the state capital. This place just doesn't grow man. Only thing that pops up are restaurants and department stores that have been around for years. We just got an IHOP. :snoop:

I have to get this nursing license and get ghost.

SOMETHIN REAL FO YO ASS IN THESE HANDS!!!!
Frank Melton: Exiled over here from Texas and left his wife over there to "the business". Got into politics by being a mousy safe looking negro with money and surfed into office by telling the old white money in Bellhaven that he'd clean up the city (bellhaven is on the border between Jackson and South Jackson, "downtown" is marked by State Street), won.

Spent the next few years at war with Batman (albert daniels, I'm not claiming to know his dealings) while roaming around in bullet proof vests with shotguns and shutting down whole apartment complexes citing "drug raids" on the 6 o'clock news..

Old white people in the fondren district ate it up. Finally a Sambo (NOT an "Uncle Tom") to keep us safe from the nigras south of downtown.

A little while later..... "Why is he wasting our money on crack houses and apartment complexes with nobody living in them!?"

When there was no territory left for him to claim, white folks got tired of him.

Next thing you know, he was on trial for wasting tax payers money on drug busts while busting his guns.....

then some other shyt happened while he was on trial. He died of a heart attack right after impeachment, while he was "trying" to RE-RUN for mayor of Jackson..

Not a fun couple of years.

"Officially" succeeded by Chokwe Lumumba in 2013.

When I say "Shakur Family Lawyer" , that's not hyperbole. Dude represented Geronimo Pratt and all, going back to the 80s.

He won the official election on may 21, 2013. Dude was on some Claud Anderson "PowerNomics" shyt with maps and blueprints and diagrams and all for how to make the city better for blacks and the poor.

He had a stomach ache and checked into St. Dominic's hospital at the end of February, 2014.

Died of a heart attack right after!? That same day!

All of this can be Wiki'ed.

Welcome to MS. :francis:

wow; the fukkery levels.....
So, whitey ain't even gotta try hard to be creative anymore?
It's heart attacks for everyone

I'm from Demopolis, AL breh.....you should know where that is. Yeah, it's good to spend time outside of the Blackbelt to get some experiences in other places. Unfortunately, people have forgotten about those areas and don't really look to help those areas like other places.

The Dirty South
You will find run down backwoods areas in all of the Deep South states but the Gulf Coast parts of Mississippi and Alabama are pretty nice. Spend lots of time in Biloxi, Ocean Springs and the Mobile Bay area every summer and have never had any problems with the locals.

As a foreigner, any state not called California, New York, Texas or Florida is pretty worthless. :yeshrug:

:dahell:

Florida, north of Orlando is basically south Alabama/Mississippi/Georgia, culturally
I live close by 4 colleges and some other technical schools in Huntsville.....The amount of quality black and other women around here is :blessed:

2 of the colleges are historically black......:wow:......Army base nearby with a lot of military types moving in. Marines, Navy, FBI all have a presence on base. Technological jobs on point. 2nd largest research park in the U.S.
NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center on deck. Beautiful scenery. All in and around Huntsville, Alabama.:lolbron:

:mjlol: keep stereotyping brehs.

I lived in Huntsville for a couple of years and it was boring as fukk.

Tech jobs are on point though.

Birmingham is straight. Nothing compared to Atlanta or Nashville as far as southern cities go. You can make decent money here especially if you are in banking/finance, medicine, or legal professions. Cost of living not bad at all either.
