Honestly, white women and white men in any profession, whether it be corporate, food service, hospital care, etc, any job you name it, have this condescending attitude.
I don't know about y'all, but I would rather work around just Black folks if it was up to me, and the reason I feel that way is that I can be myself, don't have to worry about looking over my shoulder, there's no feeling of awkward, condescending, phony vibes, rather just good times, etc.
Anytime there was a new Black person introduced whether they were interns, volunteers, or new hires at my past and present job, we instantly connected and vibed very well as if we knew each other; I rarely, if ever, have a bad experience with a Black person at work because we're all just naturally cool and communicative with each other.
White, Latino, etc. I have had bad or should I say passive-aggressive experiences with trying to mess me up, or going back to the boss about some trivial shyt, so unless you're a cac

or on some house nikka shyt, I don't know or understand how some of y'all don't like working around Black people

, shyt, me I love working with Black people more than any other race or ethnicity. Some of my best experiences throughout my life working different jobs, including my current one, have been because of the Black people working at those places.
