I'm in production, it's the complete opposite for me, WW are like asian women, they will work to the bone so long as there is prominence to be gained and pay to be gained.


In all the factories, and jobs I worked, there was always a WW that worked to the top, and even in physical labour, they were trying harder than all men and women.

Underestimating WW over complacent WM is wild to me. They aren't difficult to work with because they are usually dumber than the average WW.

This has been my experience too.

White broads will have a chip on their shoulder because of misogyny and usually grind....they just get rewarded more for their grinding. That's the real difference.

White dudes get rewarded while doing half the work of the white woman and 10% of what a sista does. Funny because damn near all my VP/managers/directors have been white females. Very Type A but chill.

They're good at mentoring and showing you how to climb the ladder. At least for me...not sure why. It's Iike they don't feel "threatened" by me so they give me all the secrets. Then when I see what they gotta put up with...I realize that extra 20% salary ain't worth it.

White male managers are cool to talk to but you can tell they schmoozed their way up the ladder. More personable but more shady too. As long as you can talk sports....they cool.

Sistas were always good managers but gotta deal with whites undermining them. They tend to be more authoritarian because they get questioned a lot more. Less hands on and more inclined to delegate. They trust you to do your job more, especially if you Black.

Brehs never go into management because we know we'd get kneecapped, at least in my field. Ain't enough of us anyway. Only worked with one ADOS breh and 2 African brehs in 15 years. They don't even apply to the jobs because I've interviewed candidates

I’ve worked in offices with 90% dudes and then I’ve worked on College & Medical Center campuses with thousands of people and hundreds of beautiful women meeting new ones daily.

One is CLEARLY better than the other (to me).

Honestly, white women and white men in any profession, whether it be corporate, food service, hospital care, etc, any job you name it, have this condescending attitude.

I don't know about y'all, but I would rather work around just Black folks if it was up to me, and the reason I feel that way is that I can be myself, don't have to worry about looking over my shoulder, there's no feeling of awkward, condescending, phony vibes, rather just good times, etc.

Anytime there was a new Black person introduced whether they were interns, volunteers, or new hires at my past and present job, we instantly connected and vibed very well as if we knew each other; I rarely, if ever, have a bad experience with a Black person at work because we're all just naturally cool and communicative with each other.

White, Latino, etc. I have had bad or should I say passive-aggressive experiences with trying to mess me up, or going back to the boss about some trivial shyt, so unless you're a cac or on some house nikka shyt, I don't know or understand how some of y'all don't like working around Black people , shyt, me I love working with Black people more than any other race or ethnicity. Some of my best experiences throughout my life working different jobs, including my current one, have been because of the Black people working at those places.
