I'm in production, it's the complete opposite for me, WW are like asian women, they will work to the bone so long as there is prominence to be gained and pay to be gained.


In all the factories, and jobs I worked, there was always a WW that worked to the top, and even in physical labour, they were trying harder than all men and women.

Underestimating WW over complacent WM is wild to me. They aren't difficult to work with because they are usually dumber than the average WW.

I literally didn't mention a word about WW in my post.

I think women are smarter than men in general. But I find WM to be better delegators which makes them more easy going in general.

Most women in general need to learn better delegation. Women have more of a tendency to be micro managers because many of them lacked that skill.

Being intelligent doesn't make you the best worker. The people with the best people skills are usually the most successful.

I prefer having male managers tbh. The female managers I had in the past weren’t the best, but it may be a personal experience.

WMs, in my experience, are usually cool. I can talk to them about sports and general “guy” stuff. Obviously gotta keep your head on a swivel.

WW is my experience are ok, but I try not to get overly comfortable with them. Be civil, courteous and professional is my mantra.

Find a “box” of 4-5 non-controversial, non-work related things that you can talk about.

For me, it’s playing soccer, cycling on the weekends, what new dish I’m preparing (I like to cook) and what book I’m reading.

I actually understand where some brehs come from when they say they prefer to work with mainly males in their environment. I’ve been on some teams/projects where an attractive female joins the team and dudes all of a sudden act differently because they’re tryna get it in.

i worked for a korean donut shop years ago for like 2 weeks. couldnt stand it. they were mean as hell, thick accents, and i had to measure everything in METRIC. i got used to the metric but i did NOT get used to his shytty attitude or his thick ass accent. i couldnt understand half the words he said. eventually i had enough and quit. he was all surprised i was quitting. first time he was friendly! fukk that :pacspit:

When I see toxicity in the office, white women are usually the culprit. As an outsider, I've never had to step in and tell men that they were going far. I've had to do it with women because it was the type of relentless bullying that made me uncomfortable to witness.

The inadequate white man. I'm not really surprised when a white woman is sorry as shyt at her job. Usually they know it too and are at least good company/vibes.

A sorry ass white man on the job I'm ready to put their head through a window. Cause them mfs are useless and usually a drag to be around too.

Yeah it's a double standard but I simply expect more out of a man.

you know whats worse? working with a white woman who has cumpulsive masturbation syndrome who is allowed to masturbate in her enclosed cubicle by court order....when i worked at the Veterans affairs this was a real thing...this woman (fat 250 pound short haired white woman) needed to masturbate 4 times a day while at work, she had something called CMD-cumpulsive masturbation disorder, you could always tell when she needed a nut because she'd start snapping at people and get moody...shed close her cubicle door and 15 mins later would walk out like :ahh:, cubicle would be smelling like mayo and farts.

So the answer probably depends on who you work with the most,or who you choose to congregate with the most. I choose to ignore and curve caucasians. We share an occasional laugh in passing:respect:

Frequently, constantly, the issues I run into in corporate America is a complete inadequate white woman. They are the absolute worst. They are placed in these high positions god knows why, and they are habitual bottle necks.

The worst decision makers.
The worst attitudes.
The worst work output.

Just in general the worst colleague to have.
I’ve had bad of every other demographic but I’ve also have had great.
I cannot think of a single time of a white woman being a great colleague.

Can anyone speak on this? Have you noticed the same?
Let me break this down for you, and trust me I've been around enough completely incompetent white women in powerful positions to know.

Many white men in an attempt to show that they are not the bigots they secretly are will very often pull up the only person he'll feel ok about (no n---az mindset) pulling up:

a white woman.
So many women are in "leadership" hiroles that don't really impact the business or interfere with the white men who run the show like "H&R", "Public relations" or "Marketing" (sure Marketing matters, but the key decisions about THE COMPANY are made by white men, the "marketing" is separate).

At this point, since women are competitive and petty af, this woman will feel way better than EVERYONE and especially other women.
When a white woman tells you she is leaving or got laid off: usually it's because a white woman manager treated her bad/hates her/wants to put her down.

You can't really lose as a white woman in the corporate world:

1. White men in leadership who put you there won't quickly cut you because "sexist" is not a label they like
2. White men who work under you won't have the balls to do/say anything knowing women can be fukking crazy and emotionally overreact (like some men)
3. Anyone else working with or under the white woman is just trying to stay out of their way

So yes: this breeds incompetence and lack of accountability like a muffuka
