Still love Biggie's flow on Big Poppa.

Just so effortless and masterful.

It is like he is just having a conversation but....all through rhyme.

Yup

Man, that video is timeless and set the tone for so many other videos; Club scene, beautiful ladies, money, fly clothes, champagne, jacuzzi etc etc

That one woman Biggie gets with the brown hair. :banderas:

Yeah, I remember when I first bought the album on cassette and when I didn't hear the remix version I was like :dwillhuh::beli:

But the original is just as dope as the remix.

You bought the album later?

RTD dropped around fall of 94.

Remixes didn't drop until around the late spring of 95 I think.

This was the first remix.

Then the other one dropped with the video.

So much stuff dropped during 94-95, breh. You had Craig Mack's Flava In ya ear to kick things off for Bad Boy, Biggie, Scarface The Diary, The Wu solo albums, Keith Murray's debut, Redman, Pac's Me Against the World. The Dogg Pound's Dogg Food, etc. :whew:

Too many rappers that had way better flow than Biggie. I'll name the one he hated on though. Spice 1 killing Biggie so called flow and it's not close.
Bun B too but it's too many rappers to name.

Yeah, i didn't get it the minute it came out, I got sometime in the fall of 95'/ right before winter in 95'

Yup. I still occasionally hear the hip hop remix on an oldies hip hop station every now and then. That shyt is classic too

Those years 94' to 95', there was so much classic music being released.
