I would hope so. I listened to Juelz Santana's last mixtape.. whatever it was called.. and dude was trying too hard to make it sound like today's music. That's why I'm skeptical about old rappers coming back; if you're too used to their old style it sounds awkward when they try to adapt.
this here, it works for Juicy cuz even back in old three-six days he made some pimpin records, plus their sound evolved over years. i feel like that cam/dipset sound for those 3-4 years is what made them, people gonna feel some type of way about cam and juelz over a trap edm beat

that's another thing, trap was in it's relative infancy back in the 36 days. Part of the sound they had birthed what we now know as modern day trap. Therefore Juicy J alienated no one by doing what he did.

I was going to say the thing that helped Juicy J and conversely Titty 2 necklace is they were in groups so they never really had the individual spotlight and the fall from grace of most other washed up has beens. It will be hard for a rapper who was once individually big on their pown to re-emerge because they won't be able to shakeoff the "has-been", "washed-up" stigma.

Great point breh

I still think if Krayzie Bone was in the right place he could blow up again(maybe with ASAP Mob or Taylor Gang)

other than that I agree with Method Man and Juvenile so whoever posted that :salute:

This is the only other person I could think of.

Juicy J is slowly entering Snoop Dogg levels of fandom and cult status....that's the goal. Where one can surely be famous and loved without even having to drop another 16 ever again.

Cam is the only other dude that could do it simply due to how influential he is amongst 90s babies who grew up with the dips.
