That’s because they literally know their rivals. Like actually grew up with them. As goofy as gangs can be and as much negativity they contribute to, they aren’t just out here killing random black ppl for no reason like you guys claim. The biggest difference is the average italian who lives in a mobbed up neighborhood in Brooklyn doesn't have to worry about being robbed by some mobster, generally speaking. The average Chinese person in Queens doesn't have to worry about being killed by a triads member because they "looked at them wrong", generally speaking.
