this is the SECOND time Microsoft has frontloaded a system with games only for them to thin-out the support towards the end of the next gen cycle.

Be Honest... other than state of decay what other Xbox 360 games will be worth checking out the remainder of it's current system's life cycle?

And why does it matter, Isn't everyone here preordering a PS4 or XBone?

Why are you worried about the scrubs? Neither system has backwards compatibility.

frontloaded? nah MS hasn't even showed their first party exclusives yet, A lot of them are behind in schedule so it makes sense that they haven't showed up. Project spark looks beautiful though .

MS now has 20+ studios not including 3rd parties its going to be a good gen for gamers on both sides

They need games that actually wow you...there wasn't a single Xbox360 exclusive that made me go "holy shyt I gotta play that game." Titanfall looks sick but there are no games that will make me give in to M$ bullshyt. Get rid of that Kinect crap that I don't want, the shytty policies and I might give it a look.

Look at the variety of console exclusives for the current gen and look at how consistently each company releases them.

Look at how PS3 is still getting Last of Us and Beyond Two Souls... NEW ips. 360 has been shoveling Halo and Gears to their consumers for the past 4 years...

Look, MS showed off enough games to peak some gamers' interest and to keep their stans happy. Their strategy is to throw cash around to sway 3rd Parties to come to them with exclusive games/content. That's all that's going on initially.

The PS4's launch will be fine. Knack, that racing game, and Killzone:SH is a solid start paired with the multiplat games that will drop with it. Sony's track record has proven they'll have a wide variety of exclusives. Not worried about it at all.

They weren't about to blow their load anyway because they still are moving PS3 software and have major releases coming later on in the year.

There was also no need for SONY to blow their load...SONY weren't the ones going into E3 with a shytload of negative press...They didn't need a strong content focused showing to win over gamers because MS already shyt the proverbial bed...Look at the applauds they got simply by announcing the PS4 is the anti-DRM-box and an affordable price...

Anyone who is still content with spending more for less than so be it...You cannot talk a moron off the ledge...If he's going to jump, let him jump...
