My generation created all this technology and social media. Your generation only uses it. And mainly for foolishness instead of getting money or creating social movements. We're the ones writing the code, maintaining the networks, and creating emerging businesses. If my generation (30-40) disappeared tomorrow, there wouldn't be enough people left to make any of the technology work.
Your generation didn't create it. Zuckerburg and the 2 nikkas who made twitter did. My generation is taking all of that to completely new heights. Your generation has 0 to no presence on it outside of celebrities who pander to my generation because they know where the power is.
And if your generation disappeared, nothing would change except homophobia, mega churches, and DL thugs and a lack of like for feminine idols like MJ and Prince.
I think you're changing what this topic is about and running with it to suit your definition. We're not talking about accomplishments that's just people going off on tangents like you are. Also technology does help us get information much faster and seems to project the image that there are just tons of us willing and able to make shyt happen. The fact that they are all connected is what projects the image of us having huge numbers to make changes... the truth is though the majority of the population are still sheep who have to be woken up. The numbers of outraged people just aren't there breh. We have the potential to be the scariest but we have not used it.
