I understand Salley actually played professionally, but, a woman being able to dominate athletically? I say no. Just look at the this mixed-gender relay
SPOILER: The women can't compete at all and these are championship-level women. Just compare different Olympic records between genders and it becomes quite apparent. I have no doubt that a woman can shoot with the best, but it's all the other athletic elements that I'd be concerned about.

It’s a good question because if a current player transitioned to female it’s not like they can kick him out all of a sudden without major blowback and it’d set a precedent allowing for natural born females in the NBA.That's not a good question.
