Will the cost of housing go down?
Will the cost of housing go down?
It’s actually going to make things worse out here in the Bay. All these high salaried tech workers are fine, people in more vulnerable industries are going to end up blowing savings or in debt and be pushed even further from home ownershipDunno but I'd be surprised if it's not a major drop; maybe half? Majority of people probably will not be working for the foreseeable future. Who the hell is gonna be able to buy in the near future for these ridiculous prices?
So what’s your opinion on the topic?Aye you know what would be ill? If everyone who had a prediction showed sources of why/how they came to their conclusions. That'd make it seem more fact based than completely opinionated.
So what’s your opinion on the topic?
Man I'm too emotionally up and down and economically uneducated to even form one. But the limited knowledge I do have makes me wary amf. My emotions make me sensationalize the situation and start thinkin about worst case scenario. And idk how likely worst case scenario is to happen so the fact that I'm economically uneducated gives me solace in the fact that I shouldn't believe that worst scenario will happen.
What's worst case scenario?
Banks takin a shyt like they did in the depression and all this FDIC insured up to $250K shyt won't even fukkin matter. USD goin into the shytter and money in general not even bein a symbol of wealth or a form of trade/barter. As long as that shyt doesn't happen I feel like I'll be aok.
Don't shyt on me for my dumb ass opinion though my g you asked for it. Personally I hate it

No, because of stupid fukking humans. The fact there is a 1 trillion dollar handout in the works that was not even thought of two months ago shows that this is a big problem
Then on top of that the airlines gonna want 50 bill and who knows who else is going to need a bailout.
All because of a bat and a pangolin
