Dunno but I'd be surprised if it's not a major drop; maybe half? Majority of people probably will not be working for the foreseeable future. Who the hell is gonna be able to buy in the near future for these ridiculous prices?
It’s actually going to make things worse out here in the Bay. All these high salaried tech workers are fine, people in more vulnerable industries are going to end up blowing savings or in debt and be pushed even further from home ownership

Australia hasn't had a recession in 28 years and is entering a recession now. So the likelihood they are going under means world depression is likely.

It depends on how long this goes on for as capitalism doesn't function without revenue for a prolonged period of time.

It's like football if the team that is winning. Problems that should have been fixed but didn't get fixed because the team was squeezing wins barely by. A lot of problems will be exposed that were suppose to be corrected 12 years ago.

IBS (International Bank of Settlements) and world central banks are in a massive fight. The problem is central banks have run out of bullets from their gun. This is exactly why they shouldn't have overcommitted to QE after 2008 when nothing called for it.

Aye you know what would be ill? If everyone who had a prediction showed sources of why/how they came to their conclusions. That'd make it seem more fact based than completely opinionated.
So what’s your opinion on the topic?

Man I'm too emotionally up and down and economically uneducated to even form one. But the limited knowledge I do have makes me wary amf. My emotions make me sensationalize the situation and start thinkin about worst case scenario. And idk how likely worst case scenario is to happen so the fact that I'm economically uneducated gives me solace in the fact that I shouldn't believe that worst scenario will happen.
What's worst case scenario?
Banks takin a shyt like they did in the depression and all this FDIC insured up to $250K shyt won't even fukkin matter. USD goin into the shytter and money in general not even bein a symbol of wealth or a form of trade/barter. As long as that shyt doesn't happen I feel like I'll be aok.
Don't shyt on me for my dumb ass opinion though my g you asked for it. Personally I hate it

The economic impact will be so bad that folk gonna wish they died from this shyt.

Gonna see so much desperation and hopelessness that we’ll see looting, suicides, just all out nastiness. I can’t see things changing soon so I think time has run out.

The fact there is a 1 trillion dollar handout in the works that was not even thought of two months ago shows that this is a big problem

Then on top of that the airlines gonna want 50 bill and who knows who else is going to need a bailout.

All because of a bat and a pangolin
No, because of stupid fukking humans.

If those animals weren't somewhere they shouldn't have been, to be made into some shytty soup we wouldn't be in this position.

Stupid humans...

Let's be honest, depression only happens if the powers that be want it to happen. By the same token this can all be reset, debts can be forgiven and we can reboot our world.

But we would rather die with 'wealth' we can't take with us, that do the right thing if this gets serious.
