Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
people want to justify what they make :manny:
but he knows the choice between NY and Alabama is way different

Cost of living is irrelevant with the new generation. Young professionals run the market and they could care less about being a King anywhere. They want to go to where the jobs and salaries are and take it from there.

what country you plan on moving to?
been thinking about a couple spots in the Caribbean and south america

I'm thinking of Ghana or Belize,Belize regained its independence in the 80's,is very Christian and has anti gay laws so no need to worry about the agenda. Ghana has actually welcomed and offered for African Americans to come home. But they are also the fastest growing economy,so who knows if they could end up Europeanized and assimilated behind money. But I would love to be apart of that ,plus African Americans as the worlds authority on white supremacy would be a valuable asset in warning them about the evil and underhandedness of these white elites/government. Plus I hear thats where alot of AA's are choosing to go to,so if there is an influx we would help boost their economy even more, and it would feel more like "home" if other AA's are already there. Black people don't understand, only reason this is "home" is because America is where all of us AA's happen to be. If all of us left, you wouldn't be "The last nikka in Sanfrancisco" talking about some "home" shyt, and thats a fact. So people can spare me with that "home" talk. Instead of reperations money, ask for some money to move, you are more likely to get that.

yeah with belize you wont have visa or citizenship issues
i think at like 50 or 45 americans can stay there indefinitely
you just have to have a certain amount of monthly income or saving
belize was one of the spots i was looking at too
English being a main language there is a big plus too

Only thing about Belize is that I don't think its one of the cheapest places I could go. My overall plan to leave the U.S is to save up to buy a cheap beaten down house, for maybe 20-30K soon. Live in that and save all of my money I'm not spending on rent. Save and gradually fix it up over the course of a decade, maybe 15 years. Then I'll just take my savings and move, and I'll have money coming in from the rent from the house I fixed up.And if they would like I could let a family stay in the house at a reasonable price which would allow them to get ahead.Whether they choose to stay here in babylon or to follow me.

I'm in the 30 to 35k range at 26 years old. I'm just starting in the IT help desk field right now. Just gotta get some certs and experience to boost myself up.

But I do live below my means and I save like I make minimum wage which is why I will have at least 10-15k in savings by the end of this year with no debt. So I'll have a third of my annual salary saved up:ehh:

I just came back from Belize
It’s cheaper than America obviously but not that cheap compared to other popular expat destinations
Imported brands are very expensive there for instance
