There aint shyt to do to be honest unless you like hunting fishing or hiking. If you have a bike or sportscar there are some dope ass roads to drive.

The big ass mall is the palisades in Nanuet NY.

To the OP, you missed Taste of Syracuse . The Polish fest is this weekend I think. Mostly a cac gathering but some good food vendors should be there.

Like someone said there are a lot of bars and some good restaurants downtown. Armory and Clinton Square. Rosemand Gifford Zoo if you're into that. The MoST (Museum of Science and Technology), haven't been there in a while but it's pretty cool.

Chayse Lounge and Transistions are the main spots Black people go to on the weekend I guess. Chayse can be real chill or real...not chill lol. Depends on what nights you go. Then there's Awful Al's. Actually a cool spot but that's a white spot although you will find some of us scattered every once in a while.

The Carousel (Destiny USA) is cool but I've only been twice since they expanded. Just too hectic for me.

I mean it's a small city so there isn't a bunch of amazing shyt happening but you can keep yourself entertained for a couple days.

I live in Cuse. bar scene downtown is good if you're in your 20's. if you're older there's lots of other good spots around town. lots of good restaurants. the mall is cool but nothing there you can't buy anywhere else. if you are into craft beer check out World of Beer in there though.

Well, everything north of NYC is considered upstate when you are from NYC.

Syracuse is considered Central NY to those outside of NYC. That's like 230+ miles northwest of Nanuet. I never went to Palisades when I lived in Poughkeepsie, just heard about it.
