oh ok. there are so many variations of fried chicken over here in the us- and how different ethnicities prepare it - Roasted or fried. But the fish and chips probably taste better over there in the UK right? Over here.. closest we have is Long John Silvers or Arthurs Treachers (back in the day).

Fish n chips is tasteless as the fish has no seasoning as it is just deep fried cod fish fillet that has been dipped in flour.And hence in why they drizzle the chips with salt n vinegar to add some flavour but the fish has no flavour at all.
