So my thinking was with this Corona virus, I can interview for out of state jobs by Skype and other phone/video methods. More companies will be open to these methods because obviously you can't really travel. Also start dates can be pushed back because the process is much slower currently. A lot of people probably aren't thinking about job hunting right now. Maybe I can use this to my advantage.

Layoffs and staying afloat are agenda #1 for most companies these days, and this nikka think there's gonna be opportunities for him

only jobs that are really hiring are customer service, grocery stores and those of the like.

Outside of that it's probably one of the worst times in history to look for a job

even more people are applying for vacancies outside of there current jobs, everyone's taking the time indoors to level up.

Companies like Amazon, Google, FB will still be hiring. They have a ton of money stored still and actually are seeing business tick up
Problem is those companies are hard to get hired at, alot of engineers may get laid off of other companies increasing comp, and your orientation will be virtual
Consulting companies may also increase hiring as a lot of companies will be getting consulting on what to do right now

If you're in IT, sanitation, healthcare, security or service then you'll be straight since these cats will be working overtime and are desperately needed.

If you're trying to get a job in anything else right now?

Right now is the time to study independently and take the time to really learn about the kind of jobs you want. You can use the time wisely to learn languages and other things that will give you an edge over other applicants. You better assuming they're thinking the same thing

CDL jobs are the best, you will never stay unemployed with that license
